1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MyAIPresence ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MyAIPresence provides AI visibility monitoring — checking how businesses appear in responses from AI assistants (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Grok). We offer free one-time checks and paid subscription plans for ongoing monitoring.

3. Accounts

To use paid features, you must create an account via Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update any changes.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • You can cancel at any time through the billing portal. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of a charge for refund requests.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to check businesses you have no legitimate interest in (e.g., competitor harassment)
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the free checker
  • Use automated scripts to access the Service without authorization
  • Resell access to the Service without an Agency plan
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI visibility scores and recommendations are informational only. We do not guarantee that following our suggestions will improve your AI visibility. AI responses can change at any time and are controlled by third-party providers.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyAIPresence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by MyAIPresence. Your data remains yours. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process your business data for the purpose of providing the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
